Receive personalized one-on-one yoga instruction specifically designed to meet your individual practice needs. Workshop specific postures, develop home practice sequencing, receive therapeutic instruction and adjustments. 75-90 minutes are booked for your initial session to accommodate the assessment process.

$115 per 90-minute private yoga session
$25 per hour travel time for in-home sessions
