Venture to the Oregon coast to immerse in a long weekend studying the rhythms of our existence. Retreat is an opportunity to step outside your typical routine in order to set a new pace, and explore aspects of yoga that aren’t always available in the short span of a weekly class. Richelle’s signature attention to the patterns of the moon and stars will guide the themes of your long weekend immersion. Classes will be accessible to all experience levels, with plenty of props for support and modifications offered for all bodies.

| Practices |

Richelle will guide you through extended asana sequences, pranayama, and meditation practice twice each day. Somatic awareness experiences will be integrated into the flow. There will be more focused breath practices and longer savasanas. Her signature attention to the rhythm of the stars will imbue these classes with dynamic processing/integration for deep engagement of the physical and subtle bodies. You’ll leave each session with a profound embodiment of the seasonal forces at play. Each night, she’ll offer a guided meditation to send you off to the sleepy times with a calm nervous system.

| Lodging |

The setting for our trip will be SCP Depoe Bay, a lovely eco-lodge situated right on the Depoe Bay Harbor. I love SCP’s (Soul Community Planet) devotion to transforming older properties into vital and conscientious centers for building community. Their mission is special and I feel great partnering with them.

This boutique venue offers a variety of configurations. Each room has an en suite bathroom, and either a private patio or a balcony overlooking the harbor. Deluxe Queen Rooms include a gas fireplace.

Plenty of common space is available when we’re not in practice together. We are also a pleasant walk or very short drive to the waterfront and town-center. April is a high time for whale migrations, and brings the resident gray whales close into shore—so we’ll have plenty of opportunity for some sea-gazing not far from your rooms!

This is a dog-friendly hotel (additional fees apply). Please contact Richelle directly to discuss whether your dog is well-suited to this environment and event.

If your requested room type is sold out, you may choose another room type or be waitlisted.

| Nourishment |

A light breakfast will be provided by SCP Depot Bay and supplemented by Richelle with some special offerings. Lunch and Dinner service will be provided by Cat Arendt of Herban Harvest. We’ll enjoy fresh, regionally sourced meals attuned to the season. All meals will include vegetarian/vegan options. Please let us know any and all dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate you.

| Investment |

Your investment includes your room, meals, and all yoga/breath/meditation practices. It does not include transportation to the retreat venue, tips for the hotel staff, or additional excursions you choose during your stay.

| Waitlist |

If you submit a registration after the event has sold out, you will be added in order of receipt to our Waitlist and informed of this. In the event another attendee cancels, you will be offered their spot by email. Full payment will be required within 24 hours of notice to reserve your place, or the spot will be offered to the next person in line.

| Payment and Cancelation Policy |

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place when registering prior to February 27th, 2025. All balances are due on that date and any registration after that date will require payment in full. Your space may be forfeited to a waitlisted individual if this deadline is missed. Please mark your calendars. Registration will close on April 10th, two weeks prior to the event.

Payments may be made by Venmo, credit/debit, cash, or check. All card transactions will incur an additional 3% transaction fee to help cover processing costs. Please use other methods if you’d like to avoid these fees. Please register now, even if you plan to pay later by cash or check, to ensure your requests are logged in order of first receipt.

If you must cancel for any reason, $250 of your total payment is a non-refundable administration fee. If you cancel before Feb 27th, 2025, any balance will be refunded in full. There are no refunds for cancellations after this date, UNLESS the event is sold out AND your place can be filled with another attendee from the waitlist. If this is unavoidable, please contact Richelle to discuss your options. In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled, 100% refunds will be given.
