Spring Immersion Retreat SOLD OUT

A Long weekend of self-realization practices

exploring internal terrain using diverse tools from yoga and beyond

Suncadia, Cle Elum, WA

May 2-5, 2024

Leave the city and retreat with Richelle for four days and three nights of immersive internal exploration, yoga, and joyful gathering. By crossing the mountainous threshold, you’ll begin the transformative work before you even arrive. This location is a scenic drive from Portland (4 hrs), Seattle (1.5 hrs), or Tacoma (1.5 hrs). We’ll land on the afternoon of Thurs, Nov 2nd and depart midday on Sun, May 5th.

Practices | Richelle will guide you through asana practices, somatic experiences, and writing exercises. You’ll have the opportunity for vibrational medicine, yoga nidra, and restorative practice. We may even dabble in some philosophy and embark on some partner yoga. The adventure will unfold as the group does!

This long weekend immersion will offer an intensive practice schedule as well as time to integrate what we’ve explored and worked on. With the moon moving through both Pisces and Aries while we retreat, we’ll take a guided tour from the Big Picture to the Individual Power. Richelle’s signature attunement to the astral paths and their reflection in our bodies will be the hallmark of the immersion.

While this weekend is designed as an intensive immersion, ALL practices are optional—rest as your body asks for it! Here is a possible daily itinerary (subject to change).

Lunches and dinners will be warm and satiating. Since we meet in Spring, a focus on fresh, energizing, yet grounding foods will be focused. Meals will be mostly organic, gluten free, and vegetarian, with optional dairy and eggs. If you have a body that requires more animal proteins, we invite you to bring your own ready-to-eat items. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cook any meats for the weekend. Your Sunday lunch will be served to-go and travel-friendly.

When registering, please note ALL food allergies or sensitivities, and we’ll do our best to accommodate/label dishes accordingly.

Lodging | We’ll gather at a luxurious lodge in the Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA. This remarkable property offers us plenty of room to practice and rest. There is a sauna and a hot tub for our use throughout the retreat. There is VERY limited parking, so carpooling is strongly encouraged and we will assist in making these connections as the roster fills. (Please view a comprehensive photo gallery at this link.)

Twin-Over-Queen Bunk Room

There are various sleeping options available, some of which are comunal. I’ve personally found that communal bunking makes for a really enriching experience with my cohort. Silent times will be honored to support the personal wellbeing of each attendee.

Bedding, towels, and pillows are provided. Please bring your own special pillow if needed for optimal sleep.

This is an all-gendered event and the bunk rooms will be open to all attendees. There are options for more private accommodations if you prefer. If you have requests for lodging with specific people, please ensure that each attendee makes note of this on their registration.

Queen Bedroom

Lodging-type requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. I’d like to ensure that your needs are met, but some flexibility may be required.  I will do my absolute best to honor all requests, and will inform you ASAP if it’s not possible due to the limitations of the rooms available.

Investment | Your investment includes your lodging for 3 nights, 9 meals, coffee/tea throughout the day, all immersion classes/workshopping. It does not include travel or optional massage sessions. Prices below reflect single occupancy. Please email Richelle for double-occupancy pricing.
