Quarantine Class: Neck + Throat + Heart, Taurus New Moon

The darkness of the New Moon offers a chance to be a seed planted deep in the richness of the Earth, setting intentions for what will sprout and grow from there. Taurus, the earthiest of the Earth signs, associates with the neck and throat. Clearing our emotions through the throat may allow us to open up to our own truth, and finding the power to communicate it into the world. Sound is a part of that practice, audible breath, sighing, chanting…these all have a place in a Taurus practice.
