Private Yoga & Bodywork Sessions
Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours notice will be honored with no penalty. The first late cancellation (with less than 24 hours notice) or no-show will incur 50% of the session cost. The second late cancellation or no-show will incur 100% of the session cost and you will not be allowed to book future sessions. Fees will be collected at the next session or by Venmo/Square digital invoice, and may be waived if appointment time can be easily filled with another client.
Yoga Workshops & Series
A 50% refund will be offered if cancellation occurs at least one week prior to the event. No refunds for cancellations within one week of the event UNLESS it is sold out AND the space can be filled by another participant. If another workshop is scheduled, you may defer your participation ONE TIME and pay any cost difference in full. If the host studio has a different cancellation policy, their rules will apply. Please carefully read all documentation and/or studio information when registering for workshops.
Yoga Retreats
A refund will be offered if cancellation occurs at least six weeks prior to the event. If canceling within six weeks of the retreat, a refund will only be granted if the event is sold out AND the space can be filled by another participant. $250 of any paid fees is a non-refundable administration fee.
