An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
This hatha class will focus on precise movements, concentrated effort and deliberate breath. We will practice refinement of our postures for better balance and to illuminate inertia. Very little flow will be incorporated as we hold posters longer and workshop alignment and action when needed. These classes are highly recommended for teachers and students of yoga who want to gain better insight to the biomechanical imperatives in each posture.
